The Dongfeng Cummins diesel generator is renowned for its high reliability, fuel economy and quick response. Its power range covers from 20KW to over 400KW, and it is widely used in key locations such as data centers, hospitals and communication base stations. 

The product line is mainly divided into two major series: 

· B, C, L series (24 - 220KW): Adopting a straight-line 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder design (displacement 3.9L - 8.9L), the structure is compact and suitable for backup power supplies in small and medium-sized venues. 

· N, K series and QSZ13 (over 340KW): Includes models such as 6ZTAA13-G3, equipped with exhaust turbocharging and high-pressure common rail technology, suitable for large industrial loads. 

Standard Configuration and Optional Accessories 

Standard configuration includes: diesel engine (with three filters), brushless AC generator, steel base, fan water tank cooling system, 24V starting system, self-starting control panel, air switch, muffler and accompanying technical documents. 

Optional configurations: ATS automatic transfer switch cabinet, automatic parallel cabinet, low-noise or silent type unit, mobile trailer power station, container type, 8-hour daily fuel tank, and remote microcomputer interface, etc.

1. The fuel economy is excellent and the operating cost is low
By adopting the Cummins PT (Pressure-Time) fuel system and the efficient exhaust turbocharging technology, the fuel atomization effect is better and the combustion is more complete. The fuel consumption is 20% lower than that of domestic similar products, with a thermal efficiency of up to 30%-46%. Even under low-load conditions, it can maintain a relatively low fuel consumption rate. 

2. Powerful and reliable
The key components (such as the crankshaft and cylinder block) are made of high-strength alloy steel, with a strength exceeding that of similar products by more than 30%. With a four-valve design per cylinder, optimized air/fuel mixture ratio, and combined with an electronic speed control system, the unit can respond quickly to load changes. The stability of voltage and frequency is superior to the G3 communication standard. 

3. Rapid emergency response, strong load-carrying capacity
The emergency startup performance is outstanding. It takes only about 1 minute from startup to reaching full load (5-30 minutes under normal conditions), which can meet the strict requirements of places like hospitals and data centers for "zero perception" power switching. Especially for models equipped with the High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) system, the response is even more rapid. 

4. Highly adaptable, capable of stable operation in harsh environments
It has excellent low-temperature starting performance (verified at minus 36 degrees Celsius extreme cold), and supports high-altitude (up to 2000 meters) operation. The wet cylinder liner design has good heat dissipation effect, and the cylinder block is phosphated treated, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and extends the major overhaul interval. 

5. Convenient maintenance, low repair cost
With a modular design, the components are highly interchangeable, making maintenance very convenient. For instance, the replaceable wet cylinder liner and the design of one cover per cylinder result in a maintenance time that is over 50% shorter than that of similar products, significantly reducing the overall maintenance cost.
